Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AdminPro SaaS Platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, disrupt services, or use the Platform to harm others.

3. Virtual Machines & Cloud Resources

Resources provisioned through the Platform (VMs, Firewalls, etc.) are subject to the resource limits set by your account administrator. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

4. Billing & Payments

All charges are billed on a monthly basis. Non-payment may result in suspension of services. Refunds are governed by the Billing Policy available on request.

5. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or to deliver the services you have requested.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology on the Platform is the intellectual property of Pyrumas Cloud Services. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyrumas Cloud Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes and may be required to re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
